Green Veda is an independent wellness platform exploring how the way we think about health, wellbeing and longevity is changing.
The platform brings together perspectives on wellness, healthy ageing, lifestyle and the evolving wellness industry, with a particular interest in the space where scientific evidence, real-world practice and changing consumer needs meet.
Green Veda was created with a simple idea: wellness content can be accessible and inspiring without losing perspective, nuance or credibility. Rather than presenting wellness as a collection of quick fixes or trends, Green Veda looks at the bigger picture from sleep, recovery and stress management to movement, nutrition, mind-body practices and the changing role of wellness in everyday life.
Alongside consumer-focused topics, Green Veda also explores the industry itself, how wellness businesses are evolving, what people increasingly expect from them, and how fitness, recovery, healthy ageing and broader wellbeing are becoming more closely connected.

editorial approach
Green Veda aims to approach wellness with curiosity, context and critical thinking. Articles may draw on scientific research, public-health organisations, industry reports and professional perspectives where relevant. Sources are linked whenever they add context or support factual claims.
Green Veda distinguishes between established evidence, emerging research, traditional practices and editorial analysis. The aim is not to make absolute promises, but to help readers understand the ideas, evidence and developments shaping modern wellness.
Green Veda does not provide medical diagnosis or individual medical advice. Health-related content is intended for general informational and educational purposes.
